  Buyer beware, this place is a train wreck. Don't fall for the bait and switch lobby. The rooms have not been renovated. You can see light through the door and the a/c unit. The front desk is clueless. I was actually told that they had no manager. They gave another guest a key to our room and they walked in on us. The room a/c went out and they made multiple excuses, only after 3 hours did they offer to move us out of the room. They lied and said they had no other rooms. Don't make the same mistake booking that I did. Any questions or photos just ask.

  My first time to Florida Keys and this place seriously ruined it at times.. Sat night a few drinks in and the bar tender cuts me off.. I'm a mom and I do not drink that much but he literally yelled at me and my family. I was staying at the resort. I was not driving... then today at lunch I probably had one too many margs.. Again not a big drinker and the wind kept us from going out on the water... the waitress made a scene publicly that I was cut off.. Both bars empty... Now we know why... literally never had this happen. Don't stay here if you want to have a little fun in the keys.. even the few people around the bar area were shocked...I was not loud and not driving... completely publicly embarrassed.. DON'T STAY HERE if you want to have fun...
