- 1 / 5By Tyler AndersonThe facility is very nice and well kept. The staff on the other hand was rude about explaining that they do not take Starbucks rewards since they are not a full Starbucks. Once my wife and I placed our order they were very rude when they called us up. The coffee mug that we got had a crack in it and when I asked for an exchange the barista rolled her eyes then went to get us a new one. On our way out I turned to thank them for their help and they were snickering at us. Very unprofessional and rude won't be coming back here.May 31, 2016
